This may involve a complete keystroke log of an entire session. In addition, the system administrator of the facility concerned may authorize limited searching of User files to gather evidence on a suspected violation. Software and physical limitations, computer viruses, and third-party intrusions can compromise security of data storage and communications. Organization takes reasonable precautions to minimize risk. Users must notify appropriate Organization officials including their immediate supervisor and Terms of use of information security concerns including, but not limited to, breaches of sensitive data or compromised accounts. Organization Computing and Communication Resources are managed by Users, Organization departments, or Terms of use, depending on a variety of business factors. Terms of use is not obligated to maintain backups of any file for any particular length of time. Users must protect and back up critical data. Individual Users and departments should develop policies and practices, coordinated with Terms of use as needed, to ensure regular backups of data and to implement steps to ensure that all critical data is compatible with all current generations of computing equipment, storage media, and media readers.

- 4 - Restricted Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security measures on the websites. This includes:
  • Using false passwords or accessing unauthorized data;
  • Disclosing passwords or allowing third-party use without authorization;
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without proper authorization;

However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we will not refund any fees already paid, except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. To cancel your recurring subscription, please access your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all products enrolled in during your membership, effective at the end of your billing period. Should you decide to re-subscribe, your billing date will reset to the day of payment. If your subscription is managed through a third-party account, you may need to cancel via that third party. We strive to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and user-friendly as possible, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

- 9 - Service Conclusion

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site.
